1. We’ll replace the item(s) free of charge if there are any issues due to printing, embroidery, garment defects, or incorrect customisation.

Return & Replacement Policy

Because all workwear is made-to-order and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

The item has a manufacturing defect. The product does not match the approved artwork, specifications, or order details

In these cases, we will reproduce or replace the affected items at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

Errors in customer-submitted artwork, sizing, or order details (unless we advised or confirmed otherwise)Wear and tear from use Slight colour variation due to screen/device differences (we work within industry-accepted tolerances)

We recommend reviewing your final proof and order details carefully before approving for production.

Shipping Costs

If your item qualifies for a replacement, we will cover all shipping costs related to the remake.

If a return is authorised (e.g., due to our error), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
